Drawing on two popular Fairplay Harp School workshops - Beyond the notes: Phrasing & Expression and 50 + Ways to Play a C Chord -  This session explores how expressive melody and creative accompaniment combine to bring harp music to life. We begin by discovering how to make melodies truly sing through phrasing and expression, before exploring imaginative ways to shape unique and varied accompaniments. Together these ideas help you develop your own musical voice. Harpestry in action!

                                                                                                                     

LEVEL: All levels welcome, from fledglig to advanced harpists; participants should be comfortable playing simple melodies and basic chords.
